Watertight doors are doors which divide the ship’s water-tight compartments from each other and are designed to prevent the spread of water in case of a flooding, fire and smoke to spread.
Watertight doors--水密門
水密門將船舶分為不同的艙室，緊急情況下可以將蔓延的水、火或者煙霧分隔開
 Fire door is a door with a fire-resistance rating used as part of a passive fire protection system to reduce or prevent the spread of fire or smoke the ship fire zones.
Fire door-防火門
防火門是一個(gè)具有防火等級(jí)的門，作為被動(dòng)防火系統(tǒng)的一部分，以減少或防止火災(zāi)或煙霧的蔓延。
 Fire Lockers – A fire locker contains a fire hydrant, a fire hose, coupling spanner (to connect the hose to the hydrant) and a fire extinguisher. Fire Locker--消防柜

Fire Extinguisher is an active fire protection device used to extinguish or control small fires.
Fire Extinguisher--滅火器
滅火器是一種用于撲滅或控制小型火災(zāi)的防火裝置，常見的滅火器有4種
Chemical (Dry) Powder Extinguisher – all round extinguishers that suitable to use on burning liquids, fibrous materials (wood/textile) and electrical items.
化學(xué)（干粉）滅火器-適用于燃燒液體，纖維材料（木材/紡織品）和電器物品的圓形滅火器。
CO2 Extinguishers – Suitable to use on electrical fires and burning liquids.
氧化碳滅火器-適用于電氣火災(zāi)和燃燒液體。
Water Extinguishers – Suitable to use on burning fibrous materials. Never use to extinguish burning liquid or an electrical equipment.
水滅火器-適用于燃燒纖維材料。禁止使用燃燒液體或電氣設(shè)備。
Foam (Light Water) Extinguishers – Suitable to use on burning liquid and on burning fibrous materials.
泡沫（輕水）滅火器-適用于燃燒液體和燃燒的纖維材料。
 EEBD (Emergency Escape Breathing Device) – EEBD’s are located in small orange boxes at various locations throughout the ship. The EEBD is to be used if fire or smoke is seen. Wearing it prevents you from inhaling toxic smoke or gas when evacuating from a smoke filled area.
Emergency Escape Breathing Device---緊急呼吸逃生裝置
緊急呼吸逃生裝置被安置在一個(gè)橙色的小盒子內(nèi)，存放與船上不同的方位。主要用于發(fā)生火災(zāi)或者濃煙霧時(shí)。佩戴它可以防止吸入有毒氣體，安全從煙霧彌漫的區(qū)域逃離。
 Hi-Fog Sprinkler – The ship is equipped with Hi-Fog, a high pressure water mist sprinkler with nozzles all over the ship. These will automatically start spraying water mist if the temperature rises so the bulb inside the nozzle burst. They are normally located on the ceiling.

當(dāng)房間內(nèi)的溫度上升時(shí)，這些噴頭會(huì)自動(dòng)噴水。它們通常置于房間內(nèi)的天花板上。
Smoke Detector - is a device that detects smoke and normally located in the ceilings and triggers a fire alarm.
Smoke Detector--煙霧探測(cè)器
用于探測(cè)煙霧的裝置。通常安置在天花板上，當(dāng)探測(cè)到煙霧時(shí)會(huì)自動(dòng)觸發(fā)火警報(bào)警警笛。
